We will share specific timings and details to make sure everyone is ready for the trip.
We can help with how to enter the race itself, where we will be staying, when you may want to arrive and what to expect when you do arrive at the course.

WEEK BEFORE THE TRIP
​
EvoDevo will host a video meeting for all riders, parents and EvoDevo staff.
You get chance to meet us and ask questions. We will cover details of how we work over the weekend and what you can expect. We will chat about the course itself, what the racing will be like, what things you need to do and how to find things like signing on. We will explain how our team area works and what the staff can support you and your helpers with.

We set up a WhatsApp group of riders, helpers and staff to share details over the weekend. For example, location pins and any other information that is useful.

DAY BEFORE THE RACE
​
On Saturday we will be at the racecourse for a practice session from around 12:30. We will have mechanical assistance and a coach on course.​​​
​
In the evening we will host a team meeting in person at around 19:30 to chat as a group about the race, run through timings, explain again where and when the race will be.

RACE DAY
​
EvoDevo staff will arrive at the course early, set up the team area and share that location. Mechanical assistance will be available here all day and also in the pits for each of the supported races. Our coach will also be able to help you throughout the day.
​
Finally, after your race our coach and staff are around (depending on other race timings) for the all important de-brief, so that you can maximise your experience and learning!!
