Matt Ellis
Matt was a professional cyclocross rider based in Belgium for 4 years, and also raced road and MTB along the way. He is a freelance coach.
Matt is also the current GB Cycling Team cyclocross coordinator; however, EvoDevo is not part of BC or the GB Cycling Team.

Andy Naylor
Andy has ridden cyclocross at international level, and achieved podium places in the National Trophy Series at U23. He was Schoolboy National MTB Champion.
Andy spent several years on the National Cyclocross Commission and was on the selection panel for GBCT until 2021.

Mark Adams
Mark has spent 25 years developing riders at all levels, working for both British and Welsh Cycling bodies. He was the Junior National Coach for Wales and won Lottery funding for the National Velodrome.
He developed the Talent Team programme at British Cycling World Class and managed further regional development schemes.
Mark is currently a freelance coach, BC Coach Educator and is employed by GB Cyclocross.
Mark is the EvoDevo Welfare Officer and can be contacted regarding safeguarding issues.

Sarah Naylor
Sarah began cycling in her twenties to spend more time with her husband, but improved quickly. She achieved top-15 national rankings and won team gold at the inter-regional team championships.
Sarah was Treasurer of the NDCXL, and more recently she and Andy were cyclocross pit crew for Annie Last in the 2022-23 season.

Ed Collins
Ed is passionate about cycling having started racing at 9 years old. He continued to develop and raced MTB at professional level.
After a break to concentrate on his career, Ed joined a local club and has been coaching cyclocross for over 10 years.
