Super Camp
NORTH
Cyclocross is a team sport.
A 'cross rider can't succeed without a pit crew. We'll put riders through their paces while taking their pit crew through everything they need to know to support a rider effectively. In addition to world class coaching, we'll feature specialist off-the-bike sessions from invited professionals. From cornering and cambers to pits and prep, we've got it covered.

DETAILS
The weekend will involve not only upto 60 riders, but also each rider can bring their parents/helpers. We will cover a diverse range of skills, coaching and techniques both on and off the bikes helping in our aim of developing young British riders.
The weekends will be run by some of the best coaches and expert riders from around the country. Led by Paul Oldham, Anna Kay, Keith Stocker, Matt Ellis, Mark Adams and including expert riders & special guests.
Youth (under 16 category) Junior and limited Under 23 riders will experience over 2 days at each camp, technique coaching, various race sessions, off the bike workshops, race and pre-race skills coaching & pit/bike/helper coaching. Riders will be split into groups.
Last year we introduced separate sessions for parents and helpers with great success and feedback, we understand that the support team is an important part to any rider’s success, so we want them to be an integral part to this camp. We are building these sessions away from riders on nutrition, pit techniques/etiquette, bike changing and pit tips, mechanical workshops, pre & post-race support and finally be able to practice these skills in race sessions with their riders to aid the learning.
The technical aspects of the weekend will be supported with psychological sessions by Tim Buckle, delivering his engaging and unique energetic style, supporting the whole rider & parent/helpers development not just the bike bits. Also new for this year we are including nutritional workshops.
