For the second year running, EvoDevo supported riders during the Christmas break, or Kerstperiode, as it’s known in Belgium – the most intensive period of the cyclocross racing calendar. Thanks to funding from Ride For Charlie, we were able to send Andy, Sarah and Kev for five races: Exact Cross Loenhout, Superprestige Diegem, X20 Trofee Baal, X20 Trofee Koksijde and Superprestige Gullegem. It is essential to know the rules of the game. As a commissaire, I could give you countless examples of riders being penalised for doing something they didn't know was against the rules. Months - even years - of training, thrown away for the sake of a simple, avoidable error. We started this cyclocross season with a bang at our first training weekend, the EvoDevo Super Camp…… 50 riders and their parents had a great weekend in Yorkshire. We even booked cyclocross weather!
