WHAT TO DO NOW

• Take another look at 'How It Works' and check you are happy with the trip format.

• As there are multiple races during this trip, you can choose to do as many or as few as suits you. Feel free to enter other unsupported races too if that works for you.

• Submit your application as soon as possible. This helps us plan logistics.​

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

• EvoDevo hold a selection meeting and review all applications during the week commencing 8th December. If you are selected, we will contact you to offer a place.​

• You must confirm that you want to take up the offer of a place. Please let us know promptly so that we can offer any spare places to other riders who could benefit.​

• We will share specific timings and details to make sure everyone is ready for the trip. We can help with how to enter the race itself, where we will be staying, when you may want to arrive and what to expect when you do arrive at the course.

WEEK BEFORE TRIP

• EvoDevo will host a video meeting for all riders, parents and EvoDevo staff.

• You get chance to meet us and ask questions. We will cover details of how we work over the weekend and what you can expect. We will chat about the course itself, what the racing will be like, what things you need to do and how to find things like signing on. We will explain how our team area works and what the staff can support you and your helpers with.​

• We set up a WhatsApp group of riders, helpers and staff to share details over the weekend. For example, location pins and any other information that is useful.

PRIOR TO RACES

• We will be available for questions via text and phone.

• We will share logistical details regarding parking locations and timings the night before each race.

RACE DAY

• EvoDevo staff will arrive at the course early, set up the team base and share that location. Mechanical assistance will be available here all day and also in the pits for each of the supported races. Our staff will also be able to advise on issues such as tyre choices and pressures throughout the day, and where possible we will also provide a coach.

• Finally, after your race our coach and staff are around (depending on other race timings) for the all important de-brief, so that you can maximise your experience and learning!!
